If you are finding the challenges of life overwhelming whether through bereavement, divorce, too much stress, depression, sadness, or anxiety, I can help you through these difficult times.
About me and my practice
By offering a safe, confidential place to talk freely about your concerns in a way that is rarely possible with family or friends, I can help you work through your problems to enable you to move forwards positively towards a more fulfilled, healthier and happier life.
I am experienced in working with children and adults. I can offer Zoom sessions so there is no restriction on your location and there are some days I can offer face to face sessions in my Suffolk practice.
Please feel free to call or email to discuss any queries you might have. If you feel you would like to continue we can arrange to meet weekly or fortnightly for as long as you need.
As an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I abide by their ethical framework. My clients best interest is at the heart of the work I do. I am led by the needs of my client. I believe the key to successful therapy lies in the supportive, professional relationship between the client and the counsellor and always strive to develop genuine mutual trust and respect.
Experience
I have a lifetime of experience of working with people in their most vulnerable situations in various careers.
As a counsellor I have worked in schools, the NHS and in private practice. My clients range in age from 8years to 90years and are in all walks of life. It is a privilege to walk alongside each and everyone of them as we work through their challenges.
